Due to the custom nature of bridal sets and pieces that are ordered with custom color combinations, we regrettably cannot offer exchanges or refunds on such items. Bridal Crystals offers the freedom to select most any color combination and size on all pieces. We realize that some items are purchased as gifts and that the exact size required may not be known. You or the gift recipient may return the item to have it re-sized* or you may wish to purchase an online gift certificate. Bridal Crystals’ Gift Certificates are a perfect way to ensure your gift is exactly what you intended it to be … stunningly beautiful and a perfect fit.

All Bridal Crystals’ products carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage from normal wear and tear and will be repaired or replaced. Email Customer Service at customercare@bridalcrystals.com for details.

*Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned for repair or replacement must be accompanied by a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact Customer Service at customercare@bridalcrystals.com to obtain the RMA.

Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $50.00 and above are automatically set to free USPS Priority Mail shipping. This method can be changed during checkout, as we also offer shipping via FedEx and UPS; however, we recommend using FedEx for all bridal and rush orders.
